Following this. Currently on Linode but their pricing changed, evaluating Hetzner vs DigitalOcean. This thread pushes me toward DO—anyone know their incoming policy?

DigitalOcean counts aggregate since 2023. Used to be egress-only. Check their updated TOS, section on "Network Transfer."
Linode same after Akamai migration. Aggregate. You're already in the trap.

So who is actually egress-only anymore? RackNerd, HostHatch, InterServer... anyone else? Need a 2024 list.

BuyVM. Egress-only, confirmed. Frantech same parent, same policy. No datacenters in Asia though, so depends on your latency requirements.

Confirmed. My DO bill jumped March 2023. Support ticket got me "we notified all customers." Checked spam folder, nothing. Perkele again.
RackNerd still cheap. Still ugly control panel. Still works.
