Anniversary discount: better than new customer, finally

My renewal came and is like half price wey? I pay same as last year but new customers pay double now. Finally loyalty means something?

I check dashboard. Says "anniversary discount applied - enterprise tier rate". But I have smb plan. Never upgraded. Maybe error? Should I tell them or enjoy?

I mean is their system, their mistake, not mine wey. But feels weird. Someone else paying for my discount probably.

What you do?

I have been with them long enough to see how the anniversary discount works. Their billing system applies tier-based pricing automatically upon annual review cycles.

  • Account tier is determined by provisioning profile at time of initial setup
  • Rate adjustments may reflect legacy configuration parameters
  • Any discrepancy between displayed tier and applied rate should be reported via support ticket for reconciliation

They do not comment on individual account status in public forums.

As a customer, this is what I have observed.

Rare win for existing customer.

But. They will find it. Maybe month, maybe year. Then backdated bill or account lock. Seen with InterServer once.

I would screenshot everything, open ticket asking "why is my rate lower", get their answer in writing. Cover yourself.
