Your efficiency is impressive but I wonder at the cost in attention

Fair yes the setup took one weekend yes the maintenance is ten minutes per month yes I have alerts to Telegram via Hetzner webhook yes the attention cost is low now that it is built yes but you are right, the building was not free yes

I do this for learning yes not for production recommendation yes the original post title should maybe say experiment not production yes

So the domain got flagged in month five but you kept using it? Or the .ml took over permanently? Confused about the timeline.

No yes the .tk was released yes I let it go yes the .ml was already configured as secondary yes it became primary yes then .ml had issues yes now I use a paid .de from INWX yes 9 EUR per year yes the experiment is over yes

The thread title is historical yes should have been clearer yes

There it is. The inevitable end of every free-TLD thread. INWX is solid, their API is sane, I have twenty domains there. The 9 EUR is not the cost, it is the insurance.

Still have that hard drive with the forty-person mailing list though. Some losses teach more than any experiment.

Following. Currently on .ga, considering the jump to paid. This thread pushed me over.
