512MB is the new budget floor. Used to be 256MB, 128MB before that. Filtering layer: price inflation, not technical limits. ARM broke this downward. 2Gbps scrubbing at Vultr runs on 256MB nodes. Anycast control plane: 128MB. RAM isn't the bottleneck for mitigation.
Network okay.

Hos very very cheap before ạ now 512MB is new small very sad ạ I remember 96MB hos from quartz very nice price no more ạ
Lol yeah I remember the 96MB days those were something else I had one on InterServer I think or was it RackNerd anyway 512MB now is basically minimum for anything serious I tried running cpanel on 512MB once never again the oom killer was my best friend that month

3. I use 256MB ARM from Leaseweb very much
4. No problem with little memory
