Same here. This thread made me look at my bill. $14 DigitalOcean droplet running a static site. Embarrassing. Moved to Netlify free tier, site loads faster. $14 to $0.

GreenCloudVPS, RackNerd, Hostinger, the pattern is the same. Budget providers invest in marketing, not monitoring accuracy. Their status page is a sales tool, not an operational one.
