Same here. NetBox learning curve too steep for contract tech who rotates every quarter. We built internal app, three fields, takes 90 seconds. Compliance up from 20% to 70%. Good enough.

Has anyone actually tried to contact RackNerd support recently? Not for the old plans but for anything? I had a ticket open for 47 days in 2023 before I did a chargeback. The service worked fine until it didnt, and then there was nobody home.
