Blu93 checking in. No cert, 5 years hosting experience, just got promoted to senior. Certs are not everything. But I am doing LPIC-1 now because I want to be able to leave this company if needed. The cert is exit strategy, not career advancement.

Both were under "Performance Issue" same subcategory. I should have mentioned that.
