Can you check your route-map to upstream, maybe you have set prepend there but forget. I have done this before, slow-slow check the konfigurasi. Thank you.

What about certificate monitoring? That is not exactly uptime but it is domain-related failure. I have had customers call because the site "does not work" when it is just expired cert.

I use a free certbot hook that posts to Slack. Simple, effective, zero extra cost.

I am with Leaseweb in Singapore and I see the same pattern. Bill swings 20-30% even with flat usage. They call it "electricity cost adjustment" and it tracks some month-lagged oil price or something. I asked three times for the exact formula, got three different PDFs, none with math.
