Same experience here with Vultr, took 11 days to deny me. They don't even pretend. At least Contabo has the PDF clause.

Has anyone priced Hetzner's auction servers lately? They used to be the go-to but their stock is thin now. The SX lines with 8x HDD are rarely available, and when they are, the setup fee is €100+.

I ended up at Contabo too. Not as cheap per month but actually in stock. Their Düsseldorf DC pings 4ms...

GDPR does not require EU incorporation. It requires adequate safeguards. US-EU Data Privacy Framework covers this now.

The legal structure is irrelevant to compliance. The physical location of data is what matters for latency and some sectoral rules.
