Most 42U racks split down to just the frame rails if you're desperate enough. Might get you under 74cm. I almost did the same thing with a OVHcloud cabinet last year. Measured everything except the elevator door in my building.

Has anyone checked whether rsync.net's ZFS offering actually supports raw sends for encrypted datasets? The marketing says "encrypted" but I want to know if they handle raw send or if you are decrypting on their side.

Same here. On Contabo London, E5-2660 v4. No issues for WordPress hosting.

MediaAlpha here. Old thread but relevant: I got LPIC-1 in 2018, let it expire, nobody ever asked if it was current. The knowledge stayed. The paper is just paper.

Renewal is expensive for what it is. My opinion: get it, list it, let it expire unless your employer pays.

I use a simple system: every hosting purchase gets a folder in my notes app. Nimbus Note, specifically. I paste:

- Screenshot
- Archive link
- Invoice PDF
- Support ticket numbers if any pre-sales questions

Searchable. Synced. Been doing this since 2019. Accessed it maybe 5 times, but those 5 time...
