This thread saved me. Was about to move 15 client sites to Hetzner shared "unlimited." Now looking at their cloud plans instead. More expensive but at least I know the limits.

Time4VPS free migration is a joke. They move the disk image if you are on KVM and staying on KVM. If you are on OpenVZ and upgrading to KVM, you get a fresh container and they copy /home. That is the entire service. You rebuild everything else.

Vilnius perspective: Hostinger's datacenter here is real, I have visited. The issue is not the building, it is the network design. They run everything through a single edge cluster for cost. When that cluster saturates, null route is the only tool.

Okay, this helps. I think I will stay with Time4VPS panel for now. My shop is really small, just me and sometimes my cousin helping with orders.

If I run my own DNS and mess up, does my whole site go down? I have a small shop on Time4VPS and I worry about breaking things.

Right now I just use whatever they give me in the panel. Is that bad?
