Advertised: "Instant provisioning — VPS ready in 60 seconds" Actual: 6 hours 14 minutes from payment to root access. Timeline:
- 14:32 UTC — payment confirmed
- 14:33 UTC — welcome email received (automated)
- 14:45 UTC — control panel shows "pending"
- 16:00 UTC — status page still green for all regions (misleading)
- 18:30 UTC — ticket #28471 opened, no response
- 20:46 UTC — finally accessible This is not instant. This is not even same-day for a production migration. Status page accuracy is a separate concern I will escalate.

436 days. reboot is surrender.

The same for me. Hosting from RackNerd, 4 hours waiting. I think they have not enough staff. In France we say "le temps c'est de l'argent". Very true for server.

Contabo took 8 hours last month. No DDoS protection configured during window. Attack surface exposed. Anycast would not help if VRM is down.

6 hour for "instant" is false advertise. What recourse? Chargeback? Or just move host.

2. GreenCloudVPS say instant but 3 hour wait
3. Contabo say instant but 7 hour wait
4. RackNerd say instant but 4 hour wait

All lie about instant very much

But 6 hour still bad. Maybe host have pwoblem today
