I have ser-va with LSI card, 4 disk, RAID 10. Rebuild is very very slow, 72 hour for 4 TB. Can you help me is this very normal? Okay okay okay I check manual but not find answer.
Why does my RAID rebuild take 72 hours?

This is standard behavior for non-enterprise-grade configurations. Our redundant feeds and N+1 storage clusters handle rebuilds at line rate. For your deployment, check if the controller has cache enabled; without enterprise-grade BBU, rebuild priority defaults to background. Contact sales for upgrade path.
