What do you use for portfolio valuation that buyers actually respect?

¡I am selling 50 domains as package! ¿But Estibot says $8K and my manual appraisal says $40K? ¡This is very frustrating! Buyers laugh at Estibot but want "data." ¿What tools you trust?

I tried:
- Estibot (automated, jajaja)
- Manual comps (time consuming)
- Broker opinion (one wanted 15%)

¿Any middle path? ¡Need something buyers respect without paying bloody 15%!

I run ZFS array for my WHOIS archive, 8x16TB RAIDZ2. Valuation is data, data is storage.

Tools I use:

  • Sold comps from NameBio equivalent (scraped, self-hosted)
  • Traffic verification (server logs, not panels)
  • Revenue multiples if developed
  • End-user search frequency

No automated tool. Buyers respect the work.

zfs send | zfs receive. repeat.
