Storj has been reliable for me in APAC. Egress is free, which matters if you need to restore. I use rclone with encryption.
For 400GB you may find their pricing acceptable. I have not tested from Indonesia, latency could be an issue.
Nag-setup ako ng Storj dati, super mabagal sa pinas, diba? Like 2MB/s lang upload ko, super frustrating
Ngayon nag-gamit ako ng B2 + Cloudflare, zero egress fee na, sobrang sulit
Pero yung setup, super complicated, need mo ng S3-compatible layer pa
