Open corporates filing history — gaps in annual reports mean trouble
Trademark status — abandoned TM often precedes bankruptcy by 4-6 months
Glassdoor trends — sudden spike in "unpaid wages" reviews is a death knell
ASN transfers — any RIPE/ARIN movement in 90 days, I check https://bgp.he.net for that
Social media cadence — when marketing stops, runway is short
