So I was going to cancel my Contabo VPS right, I thought they going to make me beg for my 12 dollars back

Cara, I opened ticket expecting the usual runaround. "verify this", "wait 5-10 business days that"

Véi they refunded in 47 minutes. No questions. Just "processed, check paypal"

Going to be honest I almost feel bad for leaving?? But I needed more disk going to upgrade later maybe

That host is Vultr btw — https://www.vultr.com. Not shilling just surprised

Nossa! 47 minutes mano?? My VPS it crashed last month and my old host took 11 days to refund caramba!!

He was more fast to charge my card than to give money back kkkkkk

Vultr going to get my next order for sure

Contabo wanted €18/year for 512mb. Vultr had 1gb for $14. Already moved. Refund policy not even checked tbh. $12 is $12 tho. Recieved mine in 2 days. Acceptable.

$3/year. 128MB RAM. Pure happiness.

Heads up: this matches my experience with Vultr's billing. Here's what I observed:

1. Refund window is 7 days, no questions
2. Pro tip: use the same paypal email as signup to avoid manual review
3. They prorate if you used >50% of month, full refund if less

I track oracle free tier but keep paid backup with them — https://www.vultr.com. Reliable so far.
