So I got email from my host saying my minecraft box was "scanning the internet" and they gonna nullroute me in 24h. Gg. I only run valheim and minecraft on this thing, no lag normally. I can still ssh in. What do I even look for? This is my first vps ever and I dont know linux good. Wp if you help me not get banned
This is not good actually. Basically you need check the processes. Login and run:
Ps aux
This show all running software. If you see something strange, this is probably the scanner. I have never saw this before on my boxes but in the internet this happen often. Actually check also this:
netstat -tulpn
This show open ports. If you see port you not open, this is bad basically.
