Sir I made audit last month for fun, check competitor claim on website. They say Tier III certified. I download PDF, check date, expired 14 months ago sir. I email cert body, they confirm lapse. Host remove PDF from site, no comment, no explanation. Thank you very much sir for reading.
How common is this? I worry many customer don't check.
