Three years today on a €4/mo Hetzner KVM. Screenshot attached. 1095 days, never rebooted, kernel 4.19.0-12 from 2019. Runs pihole and a weird gopher server I wrote at 3am in 2022. Load average 0.02.
I am now terrified to touch it. What if it doesn't come back. What if the kernel has forgotten how.

Seriously though this is why we can't have nice things. That kernel has enough CVEs to fill a small book. You're not celebrating uptime you're celebrating technical debt.
Just use a modern distro. Or don't. It's your funeral.
