Bro they DELETED my ticket. Opened issue wen my OVHcloud VPS went down for 6 hours. Screenshot attached they just GONE it. No reply no nothing. This hostign company is the worst. Anyone else got this happen or am I just unlcuky!

Wah same thing happen to me also lah... my ticket for KnownHost already missing dong... I ask them "where my ticket" they say "system merge" can or not... very suspicious already... I think they delete difficult ticket and pretend never happen lah
