You know what I mean right like the InterServer status page (which is just a WordPress site itself which is not a great sign but whatever) is always green always operational always 100% uptime reported even when I am literally staring at a connection timeout from three different vantage points (home fiber, mobile tether, friend in another state checking for me) and I started thinking like what if they just showed the truth what if the little green boxes were actually accurate and turned red when things broke and yellow when they were flaky and the page would just be a solid wall of red and yellow basically because lets be honest these budget hosts (and I say this with love I am on a budget host right now HostHatch actually which has been fine-ish) run everything so thin that something is always smoldering somewhere and if they rendered
Their status page being honest would crash it
Is true. I make such monitor for CloudCone. Status page say "all operational" but my check from 4 location show 40% packet loss. Such expensive service for such lie. I make update to public page now. Is shame they not fix before customer must do.
builds at 3AM, sleeps at noon
CloudCone's page is a joke.
