3 AM again and I missed the Leaseweb flash sale because they drop at 2 AM my time. My minecraft box needs more RAM before the weekend raid but gg to whoever got those $2 4GB plans. This lag in deal timing is worse than valheim lag on a bad host. Anyone else getting wrecked by timezone RNG?

We do rotate our promotional windows deliberately; this is industry-standard for global capacity management; I can confirm our next wave drops at 14:00 UTC and 02:00 UTC alternating; ;) the 02:00 slot targets APAC demand which is upstream from our capacity planning; no current plans for regional-specific drops; I will pass the feedback to our scheduling team

I have been thinking about this for a while and it keeps coming back to the same problem which is that we are all scattered across the globe and the deals drop when most of us are asleep or at work or making dinner or picking up kids and it does not matter if you are in Jakarta or Berlin or São Paulo because there is always someone getting the short end and I have been tracking this for about eight months now and the pattern is that North American evening drops catch Europe at midnight and Asia at dawn and it just rotates and rotates and the only fair way would be if someone built a rotating alert system that cycles through timezones so everyone gets a fair shot at least once per quarter and I would volunteer to help organize this but I need someone who knows how to build the actual notification infrastructure because my skills stop at spreadsheets and I have a massive one going back to
