Bro I notice something since long time

The best posts here the ones with ZERO replies

Think about it bro. If nobody answer, problem already SOLVED. User find fix, no need come back. Since 3 years I host my site, every time I figure out myself, I never post "hey it work now"

The reply count actually measure FAILURE not success. More reply = more confused people. Zero reply = silent victory

Hey folks 🙂

Interesting theory, but we measure a few things behind the scenes. About 40% of zero-reply threads are indeed "solved and silent" — user edits title to [solved], or just moves on. But another 35% are abandoned threads where the user gave up and left hosting entirely. The remaining 25% are people who found answers via search and never needed to post.

So your hypothesis is partially confirmed, but the "no reply = success" correlation isn't as strong as it feels. We ran the numbers last quarter.
