Mano I cannot more with this, every six months my VPS it crashed by new study, first coffee he save your life, now coffee he kill you dead, kkkkk

My grandfather he drink cafezinho since 1940 and he is 94, so which study he is wrong? I think the science he is broken, caramba!

I will keep my four cups, if I die at least I die awake

The studies they come and go like seasons—
The heart it fears then the heart it hopes—
We drink our cups and wait for the next decree is it

Ji, the truth it brews slowly, not in headlines

| study 1: coffee extends life
| study 2: coffee redirects life
| study 3: coffee pipes you to /dev/null
|
| all health journalism: EOF
|
| my approach: redirect all to /dev/null, brew own beans, pipe own fate

The journalists they are just chasing clicks, I have redirected them years ago

/dev/null: full of good ideas

I've seen this cycle with server hardware "studies" too. Gen 12 power draw "unacceptable," gen 13 "revolutionary," same TDP.

Coffee's like rack density: the numbers depend who's funding the benchmark. My take: moderate load, good cooling, monitor your own uptime. No vendor lock-in on health.

Current personal draw: 2 cups morning, stable for 8 years. Logs look fine.

WARNING: what they DON'T tell you.

- study funding: who paid for this "research"
- sample size: probably 12 people and a rat
- control group: did they even HAVE one
- what COULD go wrong: they change recommendations, you panic, you switch to ENERGY DRINKS, now you're on 300mg caffeine and no antioxidants.

I recommend fail2ban on health news and a personal firewall of skepticism!

Also decaf might be a honeypot, think about it

airgapped, encrypted, faraday'd, still worried

Your grandfather is the only study I need

At 0.15 per cup home brew vs 2.50 shop coffee the real steal is ignoring all studies and keeping your margin

Free trials on health advice are the worst deal, they hook you with fear then sell subscription anxiety

I get my beans bulk, price per mg caffeine is unbeatable
