Checked haveibeenpwned after that Contabo announcement and found my signup email in a 2022 paste. They never told us.

Check your resolver. The paste domain resolves to 185.x.x.x now but dig @8.8.8.8 shows historical NS pointing to Hetzner infrastructure. TTL on their disclosure page? 300 seconds. propagation of truth taking longer than DNS, as usual.
