Reseller hosting is just shared hosting with extra guilt, can you agree or not agree lah?
I try this business two year at Hetzner. The customer think I am the hosting company but actually I am just middle-middle man. Server down at 3 AM, I cannot sleep, cannot do anything, only can send ticket to upstream and wait-wait. But customer angry at ME, not at upstream. Wkwkwk.
The guilt is real. Customer website for school, for small clinic, for family shop. If down, they lose face. I lose face also. But I have no root access, no server restart, nothing. Just guilt-guilt and sorry-sorry.
I think maybe this is worst stress in web hosting. Thank you for reading, even if you disagree. Can you share experience or not?
