Reading between lines of '99.9% uptime guarantee'

I want make a server up with good uptime guarantee. I read many "99.9%" but I think is lie. I calculate: 99.9% is 43.8 minutes down per month. My shop lose 200 euro per hour when down. So if they pay me back one month hosting (5 euro) for 43 minutes down, I lose 140 euro. This is good deal for host, bad deal for me.

I want know: someone make successful claim? What host really pay? I try with RackNerd, they say "network issue not count." Then what counts? Regards.

The guarantee is for them, not you.

The "99.9%" is a marketign numbr. Read the fine print. I had Hostinger oncce. 3 hours down. They said "schedueld maintennace" but I got no email. Claaim denied. They define "schedueld" as any 2-6 AM window lol. Its in claus 7.3 — https://www.hostinger.com. No apostrophes in my victory
