Billing was done by hand on actual paper invoices. I disputed a charge for a dead PDU they never replaced. Took six months but I won because they couldn't produce the signed delivery receipt. These automated systems now, they don't care about paper trails. They care about retention metrics and dark patterns. Document everything. Screenshot the fee schedule before they change it. They don't make customers like they used to either, we just accepted things back then.

Very very cheap hos but very very bad refund poicy ạ I use fiberhule before they charge me for cancel too ạ not same amount but still very very angry ạ I think you should do chargeback ạ very easy just call ban ạ they hate chargeback more dan you hate fee ạ

Depends on jurisdiction. But morally bankrupt regardless.
WARNINGS:
- They may suspend any other services under same account.
- They may send to collections if you win chargeback.
- They may share "fraud" flag with "industry databases".
Document EVERYTHING:
- Original terms at signup
- Cancellation request timestamp
- All fee disclosures (or lack thereof)
- Support ticket IDs
Fail2ban for your wallet: block these fees at the source. Firewall your bank account.
What country are you in? Some have specific consumer protection for prepaid services!
