OVHcloud "fair use" warning for 45TB on unlimited plan

I have signed with OVHcloud for their unlimited Bandwidth Plan and now received the first Warning Letter about excessive use. The Contract states "fair use applies" but nowhere is defined what this means in actual Gigabytes per Month. I have transferred approximately 45 Terabytes and now they threaten with Account Suspension. Is this common Practice in the Industry? How does one calculate what is acceptable? Please to advise.

The industry standard is the 95th Percentile measurement. Your provider bills based on the top five percent of your traffic, effectively discarding the highest bursts. Most machines on "unlimited" plans are expected to sustain roughly 10-20 Mbps on average; 45 TB suggests you were pushing significantly more than that. The legal text is deliberately vague to allow them flexibility. The community norm, however, is that anything above 30 TB monthly triggers manual review. -- Marcus

¿45 Terabytes is very much, brother!! But the Contract says unlimited, no? Jaja, this is why I never trust these Words. In my Country they do the same with the mobile Plans. Is very typical, brother. They sell you infinity and then they call you thief!!

Actually they make this in purpose friend. The 'fair use' is not defined so they can kick whoever they want. How much people is in this situation or what. I work in a datacenter and we have clients with 100TB in OVHcloud and nobody say nothing. Actually depends in the server you pay. Friend.

Had the exact same letter from them last year, also around 40 TB
