The law says total price, all fees, first view. No hiding the setup fee three clicks deep. No "from 2.99" that becomes 8.99 at checkout. Mark my words: half the UK hosts will "comply" with creative interpretation. The other half will actually leave the EU market rather than clean up their pricing.
Watch for the weasel words. "Display" does not mean "readable." Back when we had consumer protection with teeth, this would have been enforced properly.
