Negative reviews here are too forgiving

You people call 99% uptime "unacceptable" then give three stars. Three stars means average. Average means it works. If your site is down six hours a year that is a YOU problem for not using a CDN. I have been on Contabo five dollar plan for two years. Zero tickets opened. Zero. Because I read the docs before clicking deploy -- https://docs.docker.com

Every "downtime" thread here is someone who did not configure their firewall or tried to run Docker on 512MB. Stop normalizing incompetence.

RTFM

Kid, I ran ethernet over T-1s when you were learning to ping. Someone else's computer will always go down. The question is whether the NOC picks up the phone. Half these providers do not even have a phone. They have a ticket system staffed by a chatbot trained on a cereal box.

Contabo had a twelve hour outage last March. BGP leak. I watched it propagate. They never posted an RFO. Community gave them four stars because "cheap." Cheap is not a SLA.

Check your ethernet. Check your routes. Then blame the user.
