For what it's worth, the thermal imaging detail is interesting from a deliverability standpoint. Hot take: your power draw patterns probably flagged you before the noise did. SPF/DKIM/DMARC won't help here, but consistent load profiling might. I've seen hosting providers get RBL'd for worse. The LED grow light camouflage idea is technically clever but legally risky—if they already confirmed it's compute, adding grow lights suggests you're hiding something else.
