Just got my "dedicated IP" from Hostinger bro and its on 47 blocklists. Cant send email at all teh IP is totally blacklisted adn hostign support says "no swaps on starter plans" what even bro? Paid extra for this bro! Anyone else hit this? I checked https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

This is why I avoid providers that don't publish their IP reputation policies. You're likely getting a recycled IP from a previous tenant who ran compromised mail scripts. The virtualization tax here includes poor IP stewardship. Check if they're using OpenVZ or KVM—OpenVZ nodes often share IP pools across hundreds of containers with no proper warming procedures.

47 lists means the IP was weaponized, not merely spammy.

  • Request the IP's history via ARIN WHOIS to confirm previous allocation dates.
  • Submit delisting requests to Spamhaus SBL, Barracuda BRBL, and Proofpoint PBL individually—expect 24-72 hour turnaround per list.
  • Implement DKIM 2048-bit, SPF -all hardfail, and DMARC p=quarantine before any re-warming.
  • Warm gradually: 50 messages/day to engaged recipients, doubling every 3 days.

Practical recommendation: Use a dedicated outbound relay from Hetzner or HostHatch for 30 days while the IP reputation rebuilds.
