My managed VPS at InterServer went down and the internet box wouldnt reboot I opened ticket saying this is MANAGED why am I fixing kernel panic myself they said managed means network and hardware only my nephew set this up and he says managed means they manage the server too who is right here
The ticket said managed vps customer uploaded custom kernel module via third party tutorial then panicked on boot we do not offer managed os recovery for custom kernels customer replied but your website says fully managed

Why pay for managed when you can self-host it on a $4 vps with docker compose and a reverse proxy I run 12 services on Time4VPS with automated backups and never need to open a ticket once you go self hosted you realize how simple it all really is
