Latency mystery: Same destination, two paths, identical RTT

My ECMP working too crazy here, two uplinks to same destination and RTT identical since 3 months, server not choosing one path, Important packets go random, I want prefer the cheaper path, how to make this? My router not listening to localpref, since forever this problem

Hash based on L3/L4 header, yes? You try flow label or src port for influence?

Identical RTT for 3 months sounds suspicious, are both paths really the same distance
