Latency from my VPS to Frankfurt doubled last week

Posted mtr from my VPS to Frankfurt. Last week: 18ms via Amsterdam. This week: 89ms via Moscow. Same destination, same source host. Something changed upstream. Kernel timestamps on my end show the shift happened between Aug 2 14:00 and Aug 3 06:00 UTC. Not a local virtualization tax issue—confirmed with another KVM instance on same node, different upstream, normal latency. Screenshots attached. Anyone else seeing this routing change?

I am seeing similar on two nodes I monitor in Warsaw and Prague. The graphs don't lie: latency to Frankfurt jumped 60-80ms between Aug 2 and Aug 4. Traceroute shows new paths through Moscow on one carrier, but not on the other. Status page for my upstream shows nothing. Alert fatigue is real when they do not publish carrier changes.

436 days. reboot is surrender.
