RHCSA. Good. But how much RAM on your home lab? That's what hiring managers actually ask.
I run 256GB Threadripper for "testing." Most low-end providers won't even let you touch the hardware specs. You'll be staring at SolusVM and praying the node isn't oversold to hell.
Certs matter for enterprise. For budget hosts? They want ticket crushers who know where the reboot button is.
Ngl the cert path is dead for hosting work unless you pivot to AI infra
Everyone wants LLM inference now. 24GB VRAM minimum for the small models. I got hired at a GreenCloudVPS reseller just because I knew how to shard across two 4090s
RHCSA + CUDA troubleshooting = $$$. Pure linux admin = fighting for $15/hr tickets

Before you chase the next cert, did you test your restore? I mean—do you have a home lab you can rebuild from scratch? That's what separates book knowledge from production nerves.
My checklist for any sysadmin role:
Certs get the interview. Calm during outages gets the job.
¡the certificate red is good! But the experience real is more important. I have the RHCSA also, and the job first I get is the support tier one. Very boring. The server red, the network slow.
Vos need the patience mucho. The cert opens the door, but vos walk the hallway alone.

I got my RHCSA back in 2019 when the testing center was in a strip mall next to a dentist and the proctor spilled coffee on his shoes and I remember the weather was rainy and my cat had just knocked over a plant that morning and I thought it was a sign but I went anyway and passed and then I worked for this terrible managed hosting place where the owner ate tuna sandwiches every day and made us wear phone headsets that hurt and I quit after eight months and now I run my own little shop on RackNerd — https://www.racknerd.com — and I hire people and HostPeers me tell you I dont even look at certs I look at whether they answered my ticket when I pretended to be a customer and if they were Polite and if they knew what a PTR record was and most of them didnt and the ones with five certs were the worst actually because they thought they knew everything and argued with me about my own network so take that for what it is worth
