Background: rescue cat, ~3 years, trigger-happy with any warm surface. I work remote, standups at 09:30 daily.
The cat slept on my keyboard last Tuesday. Unknown to me, she stepped on
Ctrl+F8
in OBS. Scene switched to "BRB" overlay which is actually just webcam with no filters. She then rolled onto
F2
, renamed the stream to "mornings with mittens," and slept there for 47 minutes.
My standup audio broadcast to 3 followers. One was my manager. One was a recruiter from RackNerd. One was a bot.
The recruiter DM'd me a job spec. My manager asked why I had "ambient purring" in my risk assessment section.
I have now remapped all OBS hotkeys to
Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F12
combinations. Cat has not yet achieved chorded input.

Actually your Incident response policy should include PetAccessControl, oder?
Insufficient. I recommend Hardware stream deck with Foot pedal activation. My Dog once triggered Deployment pipeline by sitting on YubiKey. Actually the BlastRadius was zero due to Branch protection rules, oder?
