So I got a termination notice from my OVHcloud shared plan last Tuesday. The entire email was: "Account terminated per Section 12 of Terms of Service." I opened a ticket asking which specific clause, and they just quoted Section 12 back at me, which is basically "we can terminate for any reason."
I have maybe 200MB of static files and a small PHP guestbook. No cron jobs, no mailing lists, nothing exotic. I've asked three times now for specifics and it's the same loop. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of opaque enforcement? YMMV but IMO a host should at least tell you what you allegedly did wrong so you can learn from it or defend yourself.
I am not angry, just exhausted. Take it with a grain of salt but I am starting to think there was no human review at all.
