The irony is not lost on me. I used to shitpost here about RackNerd support being slow. Now im the one answering tickets. Got hired last month. No apostrophes at work either they said its unprofessional. Runs words together sometimes in tickets too but I fix those. Not editing this post ever. Keyboard smash origin story: I applied after I made a detailed thread about their network issues and the VP of ops DMed me. Now I know why tickets sat for 4 days. They had 2 people for 8000 vms. Ethics stuff: I wont post internal numbers. I wont defend them blindly. If they suck I will say so but now I can actually escalate things I see here. Thats the deal.

The circle of life (or perhaps the circle of apt-get dist-upgrade. We all return to what we know). I remember your thread. The traceroute analysis was genuinely useful (unlike most of what passes for diagnostic work here). The ethics question is interesting. Semicolons separate independent clauses. So too should your roles remain distinct. You'll do fine.

Wesh tommy ! Le server حلو incha'allah for your new job. I was at GreenCloudVPS before (support too) ; the community here roasted us weekly. Code-switching between "we" and "they" gets easier after month 2. French punctuation spacing is wrong here but I dont care anymore.

RAID 1: because paranoia pays
