I was so fast to get the deal from GreenCloudVPS and I click Singapore but I need Los Angeles for my users Now they say is non-refundable! I make a test and ping from Brazil is 180ms to Singapore, is very bad? My site is WordPress with WooCommerce, I never change data center before. Someone have experience with this? Can I ask they move or is impossible?
Can you just... point it at your domain and see what happens? I moved hosts twice and both times I was so worried but it was fine. 180ms sounds scary though. What happens if you cancel the card payment?
