Three months of back-and-forth with some outfit claiming my parked domain infringed their "brand." It was a dictionary word. They filed anyway. I represented myself because paying a lawyer for a $12 domain felt insane. Read every WIPO case I could find. Wrote the response at 2am fueled by energy drinks and spite.
Panel found no bad faith registration. Domain stays mine.
Still exhausted. The stress of checking email every morning for the decision was worse than any server outage I've had. Anyone else been through this? How much did you spend to keep yours?
