Mini guide evaluating host claims with actual tools

So you know how it is right you see these hosts claiming xeons and nvme and dedicated cores and you get the box and its a potato running on hopes and dreams,,,,, Well I got tired of praying to the scrap gods and getting e5 v2s so heres what I do now,,,,,

First I run stress-ng for cpu burn and watch if they throttle you down after ten minutes,,,,, Second fio for disk because dd lies and the scrap gods hate liars,,,,, Third iperf3 to somewhere I control not their speedtest page full of cached results,,,,,

I wrote a bash thing that emails me when numbers drop below what they sold me,,,,, Been running six months on three hosts and only one was honest,,,,, The scrap gods demand sacrifice but they also demand verification,,,,,

In my country we have saying, measure seven times, buy once. Your tool missing network jitter test? I use mtr with reporting interval, find packet loss pattern not in standard iperf3. Host in my country always promise dedicated core but cpuburn reveals same thread pinned to two "dedicated" VPS. You see this pattern too?

QEMU can lie about model names? Did not know that.
