Followed all teh guides. 30 day warm-up. Started at 50 emails day, now at 5000. Spf dkim dmarc all aligned. Dedicated IP from Hetzner. Sender score 87. Still landing in spam at gmail and outlook. Definately not my content, just transactional receipts and newsletters people signed up for.

IP was clean when I got it. Checked all blocklists. Nothing. Warmed it proper. Still 40% spam folder rate. Im going crazy. Spent alot of time on this. Any ideas before I recieve more angry client emails?

$12/month for the IP, $3/month host, total $15. Cheapest setup I could find.

$3/year. 128MB RAM. Pure happiness.

Your IP reputation isn't your problem. Your domain reputation is.

For what it's worth, IP warm-up fixes IP reputation. Gmail and Outlook weight domain reputation heavier than IP for established senders, and domain reputation follows the domain across IPs. You could warm-up perfectly and still tank.

Check your domain against Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft's SNDS. Look for "bad" or "high" spam rates. Then check the domain's history with archive.org and WHOIS history. Aged domains for SEO often have previous lives.

Also: is your DMARC policy p=quarantine or p=reject? If you're still at p=none, you're not getting full deliverability benefit. And are your transactional and marketing streams separated by subdomain?
