It has come to our attention that DirectAdmin has communicated an adjustment to their value-added redistribution framework effective this quarter. Within our partner ecosystem, this evolution presents an opportunity to leverage enhanced synergy across the managed platform landscape. The revised per-user licensing structure is being absorbed into our operational model to better align with stakeholder expectations. It is understood that some partners may experience a recalibration of their unit economics; however, the value-added redistribution layer remains competitive when benchmarked against alternative control panel ecosystems. We are committed to ensuring seamless continuity for all downstream consumers of our leveraged infrastructure solutions.

Wait so my internet box price is going up? I thought this was just the thing my nephew set up with the clicky screen. Is this the RAM or the storage getting more expensive? CLOUDFLARE said my site was fine last year — https://www.cloudflare.com. This is very confusing. Does this mean I need to call GoDaddy or Namecheap or whoever the IT support vendor is now?

Running the numbers on this. DA was $2/user at scale, now looking at $2.90. For a Gen11 Dell with 32GB RAM hosting 400 shared accounts, that's $360/year vs $1160. Still cheaper than shipping a pallet of Supermicro chassis to the colo, which ran me $847 last quarter with fuel surcharges. Power draw on those is 1.8kW idle. The panel cost is maybe 3% of total rack cost if you're doing density right. Most of you are on single-server setups though, so I get why it stings.
