Diagnosing intermittent 502s nobody else sees

My site on a Hostinger shared plan throws 502 Bad Gateway errors, but only from my home connection. Friends on mobile data see it fine. I've ruled out:

1. DNS propagation (switched to 1.1.1.1, waited 48h)
2. Regional outage (status page green, 3 days straight)
3. My IP being blocked (support says no firewall hits)

Pro tip: I captured headers with curl -v and the 502 response arrives in ~12ms, way faster than the actual round-trip to the server should be. That smells like something intercepting locally.

Heads up: I already disabled my VPN, flushed DNS, and tested from a live USB. Same result.

Anyone seen an ISP inject 502s for "security" filtering? Or could this be lower in the stack?

licensing is a suggestion
