RMA nightmare! Cross-shipped a dead LSI 9300-8I to germany in 48 hours! Here is how it went down! Card died tuesday 0300! Ticket opened 0315! KnownHost https://www.knownhost.com said "advanced replacement only for enterprise tier"! I am not enterprise tier! Had to pay $400 express shipping both directions! Card arrived thursday 0600! 51 hours total! Never again!

My friend that is crazy!!! Here in Secaucus we make a test with InterServer and they send in 3 days, no express needed but your story is very good for learn!!! I think is very good you share this!!!

51 hours and $400 for a dead LSI card? KnownHost really sticks it to anyone outside enterprise tier. Their Ampere preview was solid but this RMA policy is why I keep spare HBAs in a drawer now.
