I've been in hosting for eight years and I keep hearing this. The irony? Their own team probably uses the CLI for 90% of tasks, but customers demand ever-more dashboard features.
What "one button" actually means to people who say this:
Rebuild OS (button)
Add IPv6 (button)
Resize disk (button, then SSH to expand filesystem)
Snapshot before breaking everything (button... that they never use)
The honest truth: I use their panel daily. I hate myself for it. There's a comfort in buttons. SSH feels like work at 2am.
