Tried three email bundle deals for my domains and all garbage. First one (wont name) landed everything in spam. Second had no dkim setup and support ticket took 4 days. Third literally bounced microsoft addresses.
Whos actually running clean email on a budget? Need spf/dkim without a phd and decent deliverability. Bonus if it doesnt break when I add a subdomain.
Mistake: I bought a year upfront on the first one. Never again folks. Gonna do monthly till proven.
The IP reputation pool. Many budget Providers share egress IPs across all Tenants, which means your reputation is tied to spammers you have never contacted. I tested HostHatch and CloudCone for this purpose.
HostHatch assigns dedicated IPv4 for email at 3 Euro surcharge, which as far as I know solves the pool problem entirely.
CloudCone does not, and my test messages to GMail were delayed by greylisting consistently.
The GDPR angle: both process mail metadata in jurisdictions I would not consider adequate. Please to verify their DPA before business use.
